Welcome to BuzzyBooth. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of BuzzyBooth's products, services, photo booths, websites, mobile applications, and text messaging programs (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services—including submitting your information, taking photos at our booths, or opting in to receive SMS/MMS messages—you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Use of Our Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Services:

• To violate any applicable law or regulation
• To infringe the rights of others
• To transmit unlawful, threatening, or abusive content

2. SMS/MMS Messaging Program

By submitting your phone number or opting in at a BuzzyBooth kiosk, event, or online, you consent to receive SMS or MMS messages from BuzzyBooth. These may include:

• Photos from your booth experience
• Promotional messages and special offers
• Follow-ups related to your interaction with our services

Message frequency varies and may include service information. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to end or unsubscribe. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support at support@buzzybooth.com.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Messaging is handled by third-party providers like Twilio, and your information may be shared with them solely for message delivery.

3. User Content (Photos, Messages)

When you use a BuzzyBooth photo booth, you may capture images and other media content ("User Content"). By using our Services, you grant BuzzyBooth a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content for:

• Delivering your photos via SMS or email
• Event recaps and galleries (if applicable)
• Marketing or promotional purposes (with permission or where implied)

You retain ownership of your content. You may request removal by contacting privacy@buzzybooth.com.
